Clip-on beamstop
Rigaku introduces a new clip-on style beam stop for use with Rigaku optics/collimator setups. The newly designed beam stop is constructed with an aluminum body and clip with a stainless steel arm holding the lead beam stop.The beam stop is available in three cup sizes: 0.045, 0.065 and 0.078 inches (outer diameter). The beam stop has been designed to provide a much lower profile than previous Rigaku beam stops, blocking less of your diffraction data and providing a cleaner looking diffraction image.
The new clip-on design also makes it easy to remove the beam stop for adjustment and to take direct beam shots without removing the sample from the instrument.
