Feasibility and prototype development

We follow a demanding design and development process to help you discover whether your idea is feasible by working closely with you, our customer, at each step of this process to ensure that our vision matches your vision. Our prototypes allow our engineers to test their ideas, identify problems and provide solutions quickly and inexpensively.

We continually educate ourselves on swiftly changing technologies in design and modeling to ensure that proposed designs perform to clients' specifications prior to fabrication by using the latest CAD (computer aided design) software as well as FEA (finite element analysis) to create 3-D computer models that we can subject to stress and analyze for specific results. 

Once a proposed product has passed the design and testing steps, it is fabricated in our precision machine shop for further testing.
