Installation

Rigaku service begins even before your system is installed. When a system is purchased, an installation specialist is assigned to your site to help coordinate your basic needs for water, coolant systems, electricity, building structure and room layouts.

Training

The day your equipment is installed, our service specialists bring their years of expertise directly to you. They guide you and your group on the full operation of the newly purchased equipment. Our application scientists follow up with expert instruction on how to best use the system for your applications, and provide training on the software used for instrument control, data collection, and data processing.

Rigaku offers additional training sessions periodically at our headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas for you or new members of your lab.

Warranty

Rigaku offers the best on-site service support in the industry. Our 40+ expert service specialists are regionally located to expedite your on site response. Rigaku's Service Department can be reached 24 hours a day/seven days a week through our Toll Free number 888-362-2324.

Service contracts
