Rigaku Corporation announces sales representation agreement with SMI, Inc. for semiconductor Fab metrology products in the U.S.

Tokyo, Japan — June 1, 2007.  Rigaku Corporation announced the signing of an agreement with SMI, Inc. of Los Gatos, California as their exclusive Sales Representatives in the USA for Semiconductor Fab Metrology Products.

Senior Vice-President of Rigaku Corporation, Toru Matsumoto said, "Rigaku, the world's leader in X-ray metrology tools for the Semiconductor industry, has combined with the strength of SMI's Sales team to increase our Sales activity.
