Thermo Mass: TG-DTA/mass spectrometer system

A dedicated high-sensitivity mass spectrometer is combined with a compact TG-DTA unit to enable clear detection even in the case of trace hydrogen. Integrated software also realizes evolved gas analysis, giving the operator a feeling like working on thermal analysis.
