MicroMax™-002+ microfocus generator

A Rigaku green solution The MicroMax-002+ X-ray generator is a second generation microfocus source produced by coupling a high performance Confocal Max-Flux^® (CMF) optic with a sealed tube microfocus X-ray source. The patented CMF technology has become the de facto standard for beam conditioning for today's home X-ray diffraction laboratory because it delivers an intense, monochromatic, and focused beam to your sample. For the MicroMax-002+, the CMF/microfocus combination produces a compact, low maintenance system with performance far exceeding that of a conventional sealed tube X-ray source.
