Copolymer films

The SAXS pattern of a composite of two diblock copolymer films (left) and the plots of "unwrapped" θ vs. radius of the particle (right) and I vs. Q (lower). The films were oriented 90° to each other to give the 4-fold symmetry. The scattering image was taken on a Rigaku S-Max3000 standard 2D SAXS system with three pinholes and the length of 3m in the Polymer Science and Engineering Department at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst MA. The microfocus source is a high brilliance MicroMax-002. The sample to detector distance was 1.5m.
