Rigaku Vacuum Products: Return policy

Return of standard catalog products is subject to the following conditions: 

• Requests for return must be made within 60 days from receipt of shipment.
• Only returns authorized by Rigaku Vacuum Products will be accepted.
• A "Return Goods Authorization" number must be obtained prior to any return.
• The "Return Goods Authorization" number must accompany all returned material.
• Shipping charges for returned material must be prepaid by customer.
• Returned material must be returned in original condition and free from damage or modification.
• Material returned for other than warranty repair will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
